Return and refund policy

At La Vie Mode, we want you to feel completely confident with every purchase. If something does not meet your expectations, we accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below. 

Return Period

You may return your order within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Returns are only accepted if the item is in new, unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

Accepted Returns

We accept returns for

  • Unwanted items (e.g. wrong size, changed mind)

  • Exchanges (different size or colour)

  • Defective or incorrect items

Items that show signs of use, wear, damage, or missing original packaging cannot be returned.

 

 

How to Return an Item

Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth return process:

  1. Contact us first at info@laviemode.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. We will reply with the return address and simple return instructions

  4. Pack the item carefully in its original packaging

  5. Send the parcel via your preferred postal service to the address we provide

Please do not return items without contacting us first

Processing time: 5–7 business days

 

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • There is no restocking fee

  • We recommend using tracked post for your own protection

 

 

Refunds and Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method in British Pound (GBP)

  • You may also request an exchange or store credit

  • You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed

 

 

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for another size or colour, subject to availability

Simply email us at info@laviemode.com to request an exchange

Exchange requests must also be made within the 30-day return period

 

 

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns for

  • Items returned after the 30-day return period

  • Items that have been worn, used or damaged
