We aim to deliver your order as soon as possible. Delivery usually takes 4–9 working days, divided into the following stages:
Processing time: 0–1 working days
This includes order confirmation, any necessary adjustments, quality control and careful packaging of your items.
Delivery time: 4–8 working days
Delivery time depends on your location and the transit period from our domestic shipping center to your door.
Do you deliver to United Kingdom?
Yes, we deliver in United Kingdom. We offer free shipping on all orders within United Kingdom.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery. You can also check your order on our tracking page.

What is your return policy?
You can return a product for any reason within 30 days guaranteed. No questions asked. The customer is responsible for the return. The customer only needs to carry the return label
How do I initiate a return or an exchange?
To request a return or exchange, contact our support team by email at info@laviemode.com. Please include your order number and the reason for return. We will respond with instructions and the correct return address.
How long does it take to receive my refund after returning an item?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method and confirmed by email.

What payment methods do you accept on your store?
We accept several secure payment options including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in British Pound (GBP) through Shopify Payments.

If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we may still be able to make changes. Please contact us at info@laviemode.com as soon as possible. Once the order is dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.
